Flamengo finished their training stint on Uruguayan soil on a high note. In a game defined by collective control, the Orgulho da Nação defeated Biguá 92-77 this Tuesday (29). With this result, the team coached by the Rubro-Negro staff returns to Brazil with a perfect record, having also previously defeated Peñarol in the capital, Montevideo.
Consistency was the hallmark of Mengão throughout the matchup against Biguá. Displaying defensive solidity, the team did not drop a single quarter to their opponent, maintaining the lead from the start and showing chemistry that promises to be a handful during the national season.
