Adidas has unveiled the TRIONDA FINAL, the official ball that will be used in the decisive moments of the 2026 World Cup, combining cutting-edge technology with an exclusive golden design.

The final stretch of the FIFA World Cup 2026 has just gained a new protagonist. In an announcement that heightened the anticipation of fans around the globe, Adidas presented the TRIONDA FINAL, the ball specially developed to shine on the fields during the semifinals, the third-place match, and the grand final of the tournament.

Unlike past editions, where only colors were altered, the new version boasts an unprecedented and entirely exclusive design. The launch represents a direct evolution of the TRIONDA, which has been with the World Cup since October 2025, elevating the competition’s status for its most emblematic chapters.

Design inspired by trophy glory

The main aesthetic differentiator of the TRIONDA FINAL is its visual identity, conceived to reflect the importance of the title. Adidas opted for a sophisticated palette of gold, black, and white, a clear tribute to the World Cup trophy.

In addition to the premium finish, the ball incorporates details in shades of pink and red, giving dynamism to its appearance. A special touch comes from the geographical references: the cities of Dallas, Atlanta, Miami, and New York/New Jersey are highlighted in the print, while other host cities of the competition appear integrated into the triangular graphics that cover the panels.

Cutting-edge technology maintained

Even with the aesthetic renewal, Adidas ensured the maintenance of technical excellence. The TRIONDA FINAL preserves the same structure as the version used since the World Cup’s opening, keeping the four panels and the textured surface with deep seams, crucial elements for flight stability and complete control by the stars on the field.

The Connected Ball technology, which has become a fundamental pillar of modern refereeing, is also present. The system transmits real-time data to assist referees in crucial decisions, as well as providing valuable metrics for in-depth tactical analysis during knockout matches.

Availability and anticipation

The commercialization of the TRIONDA FINAL begins on July 7, 2026, with a price set at €160 in the European market. The ball will be available in official Adidas stores and authorized retailers.

For Brazilian fans, the anticipation is high. Although the official launch in Brazil is still awaited, the model promises to be a must-have collector’s item for those who live the “Raça, Amor e Paixão” (Grit, Love, and Passion) of football.
