Richarlison on Juventus’ radar, Tottenham open to negotiation; details emerge.
Juventus has shown strong interest in acquiring Brazilian forward Richarlison for the upcoming season. According to information from the renowned Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Tottenham player is among the top targets for the ‘Old Lady’ to strengthen its offensive sector.
Richarlison emerges as a strategic alternative for the Italian attack. Juventus, whose primary objective is Frenchman Kolo Muani, sees the Brazilian as a viable option if negotiations with Paris Saint-Germain do not progress. The Turin club has already made a €40 million offer for Muani, but PSG is seeking a higher fee.
A Market Opportunity
Juventus‘ interest in Richarlison arose in the context of negotiations with Tottenham for goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario. With a contract valid until June 2027 and no renewal prospects, the Brazilian forward might be close to a transfer.
Tottenham, aware of the possibility of losing Richarlison for free at the end of his contract, is reportedly open to negotiations. Sources indicate that an offer in the range of €20 to €25 million would be sufficient to facilitate the player’s departure.
Other Names on Juventus’ List
In addition to Richarlison, Juventus is also monitoring other notable forwards. Alexander Sorloth of Atlético de Madrid and Folarin Balogun of Monaco are on the Italian club’s radar. Both players had significant contributions for their national teams in recent World Cups, representing Norway and the United States, respectively.
Last season, Richarlison scored 12 goals and provided five assists in 43 appearances for Tottenham, showcasing his offensive potential and the value he can bring to any team. The Brazilian forward’s future promises to shake up the European transfer market.
