“It means a lot (Flamengo). Perhaps it was the best period of my career as a club coach. It was a historic milestone, not just in sports, but also sentimentally. The way the fans embraced and cherished me, I will never forget,” Jesus told ESPN, adding, “I always thought that one day I might be able to return to Flamengo, but now I am certain that things have become more difficult.”
