The athlete, who arrived at Gávea with the status of a gem, got injured while representing the Brazil U-17 national team.
The signing, viewed as a strategic investment by Flamengo’s board, cost approximately R$6 million for 60% of the player’s economic rights. He was acquired from Cuiabá. The setback occurs precisely at the moment the athlete was preparing to join the Rio de Janeiro club’s youth teams.

The injury happened on the 20th, during a preparatory friendly match between Brazil and Venezuela, held at Granja Comary. The forward had little time to make an impact; at the eight-minute mark of the match, the player’s foot got caught on the turf, resulting in a severe twist.
