Anthony Valencia‘s arrival at Flamengo during the last transfer window generated great anticipation among the Rubro-Negro fans. However, the 23-year-old Ecuadorian attacker is still finding his place in the squad, having played in only one match since his official signing.

Belgian club Royal Antwerp retained a 15% sell-on clause for any future sale, demonstrating the appreciation the Rio de Janeiro club projects for the player.
