Flamengo has concluded its preparations for the decisive clash against Botafogo in the 25th round of the Brazilian Serie A. The team, led by Leonardo Jardim, held its final training session this Saturday (29) at the CT Ninho do Urubu, where the final details of the starting lineup were decided.
The expected lineup features Rossi in goal; Emerson Royal, Léo Ortiz, Léo Pereira, and Ayrton Lucas in defense; Pulgar, Jorginho, and Arrascaeta in midfield; and Carrascal (or Luiz Araújo), Pedro, and Samuel Lino in attack.
Absences and Possible Returns
For the derby, the Rubro-Negro will be without several key players. Bruno Henrique is serving an automatic suspension, while Gonzalo Plata and Wallace Yan have been released to negotiate their departures from the club.
