Juventus is close to announcing the return of veteran goalkeeper Neto, 37. The player, who has been without a club since June 2026 after terminating his contract with Botafogo, has a recent history with the Vecchia Signora, having played for the club between 2015 and 2017. The signing is expected to be a cost-free operation for the Turin club, addressing an immediate need within the squad.
Neto’s arrival comes as a response to an emergency in the bianconeri goal. With a serious knee injury sustained by goalkeeper Grabara, the Juventus management sought an immediate backup for Vicário in the transfer market.
